A practice exam and homework tracking platform built for a mathematics teacher's own students. Features automatic net score calculation, AI-assisted student analysis, and a single dashboard shared by the teacher, students, and parents.
Practice exam results and homework tracking were previously managed via spreadsheets and paper: net scores were calculated manually, and where a student stood three exams ago remained lost to memory. Alihocaedu changed this cycle. Now, the teacher enters the results once; the net score is instantly calculated using the formula corresponding to the exam type (correct answers − wrong answers/3 for LGS; correct answers − wrong answers/4 for TYT-AYT-YDT), the progress chart updates immediately, and the AI generates an analysis draft ready for approval. Students and parents view the exact same data from their own dashboards. The product was intentionally designed not as a multi-tenant SaaS, but as a single-tenant tool tailored specifically to one teacher's practice — leaving out unnecessary enterprise layers entirely.
I designed, developed, and launched the entire project independently, handling everything from scoping and data modeling to the AI workflow and student/parent panels.
We had the opportunity to work together on our practice exam tracking system. Communication was excellent throughout the process; he listened carefully to my requirements and delivered the project exactly as I wanted and right on time. I am highly satisfied with both his work ethic and the final result. I highly recommend him without hesitation.
